We want you to love your Kylie Skin products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that products must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original box, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
